The CHSA Board is proposing a dues increase to $200 per year effective January 1, 2017, to address immediate and future expenses. These include repair and maintenance of the pathway, bridges, and playgrounds, as well as drainage issues that impact these features. All Chatham Hills residents are invited to attend - refreshments will be provided!
